Talking to the Sun

Talking to the Sun is a short documentary of astronomical proportions joining Farmer Frank as he paves his own path from seed to harvest. This is basically the field notes & inspiring observations of Frank.

As he mentors people in his community who want to learn from his lifetime of experience, Frank is also learning… from mother nature.

Frank is an important part of our community, growing organic food and promoting healthy eating.

Project timeline: In production / filming until summer 2025. Editing along the journey inspiring short videos & photos here with a completed ~20 minute documentary by early fall 2025.

Why? I met Frank while filming for the Louisville Farmers Market in Colorado. I love his thoughts about how he grows healthy food and think of his words as a metaphor for living a good life. A documentary about Frank could be beneficial for all people and all ages.I am LOVING this project!
